COMPUTER NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED ROUTER
I recently had Tai Chung build me his DroidSpeed 0305RP (www.Nanoer.com). I built a torsion box and solid maple frame for the base. Brian Bennett was invaluable running a dedicated 220v line for the variable frequency drive (VFD) and wiring the VFD to the water cooled spindle.
I have begun with several barstool prototypes and Liza says that I have finally solved my "stool problem", so I ran a small production run. The stools are made of 3/4" multiply and stained with a green dye. More to come...
